Ankrom Moisan had secured the master use permit for this six-story multifamily project neighboring Seattle University when the owner approached the firm to help facilitate the sale of the property. The task required incorporating the revised unit mixes of prospective buyers while minimizing changes to the approved facades in such a way to avoid triggering new design review approvals. Five unit mix plan/elevation combinations were generated before the development rights were successfully sold.
