Feasibility Study for a Masterplan:
In my time at Ankrom Moisan, I completed some 25 yield studies for prospective and returning clients. This study for redeveloping a sprawling low-rise suburban apartment complex adjacent to a major tech campus and a future light rail station envisions the phased development of some ten mid-rise structures to create a new, dense, mixed used neighborhood organized around a pedestrian mall and twin plazas.
