Feasibility Study for a Campus:
In my time at Ankrom Moisan, I completed some 25 yield studies for prospective and returning clients. This study for redeveloping a suburban strip mall adjacent to a future light rail station explores opportunities for transforming the surface parking dominated property into a dense, mixed use, mini neighborhood overlooking an existing greenbelt.
