Legacy Capitol Hill is an adaptive reuse and rehabilitation project that thoughtfully responds to a neighborhood’s evolving needs while preserving its connection to the past. Located in the heart of Seattle’s trendy Capitol Hill neighborhood, the project provides much needed creative office and retail space to the hip entertainment district while carefully conserving the landmarked Kelly Springfield Building.
